Troubleshooting Credit Card Payment Issues
Expiration Date
We send a notification a couple months before your credit card on file expires. However, the first thing to check if you're having an issue is whether or not your credit card has expired.
Data Entry Error
First, confirm all the the credit card information entered is accurate. Something as simple as the order of the unit number on an address, that may not match the issuing bank's records, can cause this error.

Suspicion of Fraud
If there is an issue charging your card, our system will make additional attempts. If we can't process the charge, you'll receive a notification from us.
This may cause your bank to have flagged the transaction as fraud for some reason. Many things can contribute to fraud suspicion. Reach out to the issuing financial institution and ask if they have flagged the transaction as fraud for any reason. If so, advise the bank that the transaction is legitimate and they will remove the freeze or hold on your card.
