What is Revleads?

Revleads is a portal allowing software vendors to maintain and advertise their product listings across the Revleads network of publications (see below) including our comparison portal Crozdesk.com as well as our niche audience sites like thedigitalprojectmanager.com. The Software Vendor Portal has been rebranded, as it now powers a much wider network following the acquisition of Crozdesk Ltd. by Black And White Zebra Industries Inc. (BWZ).


What is the Revleads network?

Crozdesk joined the BWZ group in April 2022 to help bring a whole new selection of brands and software buyers to you. BWZ is an independent media company whose portfolio of influential digital publications has been helping millions of people succeed at work since 2012. BWZ produces high-quality, original, expert-made content in verticals with a strong overlap into the B2B SaaS market. We’ve built online communities, engaging content products, dynamic audience experiences, and strategic partnerships to help software companies and prospective buyers meet their perfect match.


How do I add or claim another product listing?

To add a new listing to your account, simply click on the plus icon at the bottom of your Vendor Panel dashboard and follow the on-screen instructions.

If you wish to claim an existing Revleads listing and add it to your dashboard, please fill out the Claim a Listing form. If your claim is approved, the product listing will appear on your Vendor Panel dashboard and you will be able to manage the listing from there.


How do I embed the user ratings widget on my site?

To use Crozdesk user review or other badges as a convincer on your website simply navigate to the ‘User Reviews’ page of the relevant listing. There you will find a range of different options and their embed codes. After copy-pasting the unaltered code onto your site, it will update continuously.


How do I reset my password or get access to my company's account?

How do I add other users from my company to this account?

You can add more users to your account by navigating to the ‘Account’ tab on the main menu at the top of the Vendor Panel. You can invite new users via email, see the list of existing users with access to your listings, and delete said users from that list.


How can I change my password or email address?

Will there be a hold on my card for the “Monthly Budget” amount or am I obligated to spend the entire monthly budget?

Where can I find my invoices or change my credit card details?

You can update credit card details and download invoices under the 'Billing' tab in the main menu at the top the Vendor Panel.

How do I improve my Crozscore or ranking on Crozdesk?

The best way to improve your ranking is by collecting user reviews. Find more information on how the Crozscore is calculated and what factors are taken into account.


How do I participate in the Crozdesk Software Awards?

All products listed on Crozdesk are automatically eligible for Software Awards. Products are vetted for relevance and winners are chosen based on the Crozscore ranking algorithm. Awards are published once per year in most larger categories. You can find the list of awards and publication dates here.


How do I respond to a user review?

You can respond to reviews under OTHER > USER REVIEWS in your product listing menu. To find the menu navigate to the product dashboard and click on the relevant listing.


How do I contest a user review?

You can contact us at vendor@revleads.com to contest a review. To ensure the integrity of the user review system, we can only take down reviews if clear and verifiable evidence is provided that a review was left by someone who was not a user of the product they reviewed or if their review violates the user review guidelines.


What are Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns?

How do I start a PPC campaign?

Once your product listing has been submitted for review you can start a PPC campaign for it. Running a campaign helps you maximize your product’s exposure and unlock high-quality referrals. Simply navigate to your product dashboard and choose the ‘PPC campaigns’ option for the product you would like to promote. Set your bids, customize your appearance in each category and follow the on-screen instructions to start the campaign.


Can I set a budget limit on my campaign?

Yes, a monthly budget limit can be set for your campaign after activation. The minimum monthly budget required to run a PPC campaign is $1,000 USD. If your budget is less than the minimum threshold, you’ll have limited access to features in the vendor panel. Remember you only pay for the clicks you receive, even if they fall below the $1,000 threshold.

You can set or edit the monthly budget on your listing’s ‘PPC Bid Management’ page at any time. If you hit your monthly limit, your campaign automatically pauses until the first day of the next month when your budget resets. You will receive notifications from us if the campaign is approaching your budget limit or we expect it to reach budget before the end of the month/billing cycl

What are pay per lead (PPL) campaigns?

SoftwareSelect offers a range of custom lead-generation campaign options, which generally fall into 2 categories: Pay Per Lead Campaigns (PPL) and Exclusive Lead Campaigns.

PPL campaigns provide highly-qualified sales opportunities across select software categories and industry verticals. PPL leads are digitally captured through inbound forms and are fully phone-qualified by our knowledgeable software vendors before they are introduced to you. They are shared with up to 4 vendors and offer high conversion potential.

Exclusive lead campaigns are available across a wide range of software categories and tend to generate top and middle-of-the-funnel Marketing-Qualified-Leads at companies that are exhibiting a solid interest in the type of software solution you offer. The exact lead-generation process varies depending on the requirements, but most of these campaigns include a touchpoint with one of our dedicated call agents. They can engage leads, build relationships, introduce them to your offering or qualify them according to your custom specifications. Leads tend to require some further nurturing after hand-off, but are an effective choice for many vendors with enterprise solutions and a refined marketing and sales funnel. Exclusive lead campaigns are subject to a custom proposal and are never shared with other vendors.

What is buyer intent data?

Buyer intent data offers a live stream of accounts that are currently comparing software on Crozdesk.com and throughout the SoftwareSelect Intent Network. Intent Data is a powerful targeting tool used in Account-Based-Marketing (ABM) to tailor outreach and advertising campaigns.
