Outbid Notifications FAQ

Q. How do outbid notifications work?

A. Outbid notifications alert you when your position drops on any listicle. You can choose to be notified of:

  • Only position drops

  • Both position drops and climbs

Emails are sent either daily or weekly, based on your preference.


Q. How do I enable outbid notifications?

A. You can configure this at the account level via the vendor portal. Once logged in, look for the “Email notifications” option in the “Other” menu.


Q. Do outbid notifications and autobid work together?

A. Yes, they complement each other:

  • Autobid responds in real time to protect your position.

  • Outbid notifications inform you about position changes after the fact (including those as a result of Autobid activity), so you can evaluate and adjust your bidding strategy.

Note: Autobid activity emails are sent separately and give you specific insight into what autobid did on your behalf.
